Consultation & Site Visit:
After our consultation and your instructions to proceed, we will arrange a meeting and one of our team will carry out a measured survey of the site using our modern technology to produce accurate outline details. We can then discuss your requirements and visions for your development.
Drawings & Planning Application:
At this point, once you are completely happy, we will design and create your vision into 2D plan and elevation drawings ready for the relevant forms to be filled out and submitted to the planning authority. For no extra cost we will act as the agent for the duration of the application, and deal with the council on your behalf. Usually 8 weeks from submission we should expect to have a decision.
Additionally on request, we can develop your 2D drawings into 3D visualisation models. While 3D drawings are not mandatory for planning applications, these can be extremely useful when making design decisions, enabling you to see how your plans will look in reality.

We will provide your fixed-fee quote with no hidden charges once the full scope of the project has been agreed. Our cost effective service will be charged based on the complexity of the proposal with typical fees as follows:-
• Consultation, Quote & Measured Survey - FREE
• Single Storey Extensions - from £500
• Double Storey Extensions - from £700
• Loft Conversions - from £500
• Garage Conversions, Outbuildings - from £500
• New Build - POA
* Please note, price guides are for 2D drawing production. The council's planning application fees are not included in our pricing guide.
